First Tank: Wash thoroughly in an appropriate detergent solution.

Second Tank: Rinse items with clear water.

Third Tank: Prepare a sanitizing solution by dissolving 1/3 ounce of Seismiclean Touch N Glow Sanitizing Rinse in 3 gallons of water, providing 100 parts per million available chlorine.

Immerse items in the sanitizing solution for 2 to 3 minutes, or for the contact time specified by the governing sanitary code. After sanitizing, place glasses and utensils on a rack or drainboard and allow to air dry. Do not towel dry. Prepare a fresh solution daily or whenever the solution becomes dirty.
