AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Seismic Blends LLC Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Program Overview

The Seismic Blends LLC Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our products using a unique referral link provided by us. Affiliates may promote through approved digital platforms in accordance with this Agreement.

  1. Enrollment

To participate, you must submit an application through our designated affiliate platform or directly through Seismic Blends LLC. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

  1. Affiliate Links

Upon approval, we will provide you with a unique tracking link or referral code.

All referrals must use the official affiliate link provided by Seismic Blends LLC.

We are not responsible for tracking issues caused by:
• Link modification
• Improper placement
• Technical issues outside our control

Affiliates may not cloak, hide, or misrepresent affiliate links in a deceptive manner.

  1. Commission Structure

Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment schedules will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard or agreement.

Standard terms include:
• Commissions are earned only on completed, paid orders
• Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not qualify
• Commissions are paid after any applicable return period
• Self-referrals are prohibited

We reserve the right to adjust commission rates at any time with notice.

  1. Approved Promotion Channels

Affiliates may promote using the following platforms, provided content complies with brand guidelines and laws:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Pinterest
• Snapchat
• X (formerly Twitter)
• Threads
• LinkedIn
• Blogs and personal websites
• Email newsletters (to owned lists only)
• Podcasts
• Online communities (where permitted by platform rules)

Promotion on adult, illegal, hate-based, misleading, or deceptive platforms is strictly prohibited.

Paid ads using our brand name, trademarks, or variations thereof (including misspellings) are not allowed without written permission.

  1. FTC Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and any applicable laws.

Disclosures must be:
• Clear
• Conspicuous
• Placed near the affiliate link

Examples include:
• “I may earn a commission from this link.”
• “This post contains affiliate links.”
• “Paid partnership” (where applicable)

Failure to disclose may result in immediate termination.

  1. Brand Representation

Affiliates may not:
• Make false claims about our products
• Offer unauthorized discounts
• Modify product claims
• Use misleading income or performance claims
• Use our trademarks in domain names or social handles without permission

We reserve the right to request removal of any content that misrepresents our brand.

  1. Intellectual Property

Seismic Blends LLC grants Affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved marketing materials solely for Program participation.

All brand assets remain the property of Seismic Blends LLC.

  1. Payment Terms

Payments are issued via the method designated in the affiliate platform (e.g., PayPal, direct deposit, or other approved methods).

Affiliates are responsible for:
• Providing accurate payment details
• Reporting income for tax purposes
• Any applicable taxes

  1. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam marketing
• Cookie stuffing
• Fake traffic generation
• Incentivized traffic without approval
• Misleading advertising
• Impersonating Seismic Blends LLC
• Bidding on branded keywords without permission
• Creating fake discount codes

Violation may result in forfeiture of commissions and immediate termination.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliates who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or damage brand reputation.

Upon termination:
• Affiliate links become inactive
• Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred

  1. Limitation of Liability

Seismic Blends LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

  1. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  1. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of Seismic Blends LLC.
