Perma Break Floating is our industrial grade eutectic cloud point reducer specifically formulated for use in troublesome lift stations, waste water pre-treatment and waste water treatment systems. The perfect product for FOG pre-treatment facilities where turnaround time plays is a major factor.  Effective in breaking colloidal bonding, in both hydrophilic and hydrophobic FOG bonds. Due to a permanent melting point reduction, bonds do not reform.  Drastically reduces FOGs by increasing surface area of Fat, Oil and Grease molecules by millions allowing for easy bacteria consumption. Does not affect PH balance and contains food grade products.  The unique floating formula penetrates  down the sides of the lift station as the water level rises and falls. Perma Break Floating works quickly and effectively without the environmental hazards or disruption of biological treatment processes associated with traditional solvents, prevents grease build-up and grease blankets, cleans and deodorizes, will not harm natural bacteria levels and protects lift station pumps.

Directions:

Use approximately 1/2 gallon for each square foot of water surface. This special non-emulsifiable formula floats on the surface for continuous cleaning action.

Square Lift Station: Calculate the square feet of water surface using this formula: Length x Width = Surface Area.

Circular Lift Station: Calculate the square feet of water surface using this formula: 3.1415 x r2 = Surface Area

R = Radius In Feet.
