Fab Floors Terrazo-Pro Stone Floor Sealer is a high-performance liquid finish and sealer crafted specifically for terrazzo and other porous stone floors. Featuring a water-based urethane formula, it not only ensures maximum adherence but also serves as an excellent base coat for acrylic finishes subjected to burnishing or spray buffing. This sealer creates a solid, level surface and forges a strong bond between the finish and the flooring, enhancing the appearance and durability of the floor.

Directions: Refer to the complete directions on the product label. Apply the sealer to a newly stripped and cleaned terrazzo or stone floor using a clean rayon/cotton blend mop. Do not use the mop used for stripping. Apply two coats, allowing the sealer to dry thoroughly between applications. To achieve low maintenance, high shine floors, follow up with Jewel, Crystal, or Dazzle floor finishes.
