Overview
Fab Floors Surface Protection Sealant is a penetrating, water-based protective treatment formulated to reduce water absorption and surface staining without altering the appearance or texture of the substrate. The solvent-free formulation provides moderately hydrophobic protection while remaining highly vapor permeable, allowing treated surfaces to breathe naturally. When applied correctly, it helps protect against water intrusion, dirt, grease, and oil while maintaining the original look and feel of concrete, stone, grout, and other porous materials.

For Use On Concrete, Flagstone, Pavers, Marble, Wood, Limestone, Slate, Brick, Grout, Travertine, Masonry, Unglazed Stone, Terrazzo, Stucco, Granite and Ceramic. 

Do not use on sealed or painted surfaces.

📌 Directions for Use
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, dirt, grease, or existing coatings before application. Apply the sealant using a brush, roller, or low-pressure sprayer. Apply two even coats, allowing the first coat to penetrate before applying the second. Coverage rates average 250–500 square feet per gallon, depending on surface porosity. Avoid foot traffic until the treated surface is dry to the touch. Full performance develops after curing.
